: This attachment is designed specifically to be used with and requires JLG fork part number 1001092391 or JLG fork part number 2340039. (These two fork part numbers fit common design carriages that utilize a 2.25" diameter fork pin.) Standard load charts for the applicable carriage apply when using fork extensions. * * Fork extensions also require that the forks extend a minimum of 3.75" below the bottom tube of the machine carriage for proper installation.* *
