The Fork Mounted Side Entrance Work Platform 48"x96" (4'x8') is used on telehandlers to lift personnel to working heights. The only ANSI approved fork mounted 1,000 Lb capacity platform includes: a side entry swing gate, a manual storage box, decals, and fork lock pins. For use with 48" pallet forks only. Fork pocket dimensions: 2.75"x6.5"x48". The fork drop must be 3.75" below the carriage assembly. Please verify the proper carriage and forks are being used on your machine to support this product.
