Due to the current EP A regulations the attached Replacement Engine Paperwork (RER Form) and Core Destruction Affidavit must be completed prior to engine order pla cement. After the RER is completed and the Affidavit notarized, please email those documents and your order information to JLG at engineorder [email protected] to process the order.
