Customers experiencing these issues can use the Analyzer Software on Online Express located under the “Service“ menu. Customers using the Analyzer software will need the KIT(SERVICE),SOFTWARE CABLE, P/N: 1001137005, to connect the PC to the machine. This analyzer cannot be used for compact crawler booms, please see attached for proper replacement.
